Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-20
EvidentGrid is a defensive monitoring platform. It reads status and log data from systems you are responsible for. It is not a tool for attacking, probing or gaining access to anyone's systems.
You must not
- connect, query or view any device, network or data you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to monitor;
- use the Service to scan, probe, test, attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system, including the platform itself or other customers;
- attempt to see, change or infer another organization's data, or to bypass tenant separation, role limits or rate limits;
- share your login, or let someone else use it; or create accounts you are not permitted to create;
- upload malware or unlawful content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- probe or test the Service's security without our prior written permission (to report a vulnerability, email hello@evidentgrid.com);
- scrape, resell or build a competing service from the Service or its data; or
- use demo accounts for anything other than evaluating the Service.
What we do
We log sign-ins and important actions, limit what each role can do, and may investigate suspected misuse. We may suspend or end access without notice for a breach of this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse or a security concern to hello@evidentgrid.com.
